I have water that flows under my house to the downstair room. Is there a way to stop water from causing damp issues and water running under our place.

Hi Barry.

There are a few ways to tackle problems like this. You need to prevent the water from even considering coming underneath your house in the first place. Re-directing the ground water away from the high side of the house is the first thing to do. This diversion should be continued around the high side and down a fare way on the sloping section of the house. Utilize the stormwater system in place or install a more functional one.
